Refund Policy

Indraaj is committed to providing high-quality services and support. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed.

1. Annual Prepaid Subscriptions – 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Subscribers who purchase an annual prepaid subscription are eligible for a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of subscription activation, as stated in Clause 8.2 of the Terms of Service.
Refund requests must be submitted within this 30-day period.

2. No Refunds After 30 Days

Except for the 30-day money-back guarantee for annual prepaid subscriptions, no refunds shall be issued under any circumstances after thirty (30) calendar days from the date of subscription activation.
Subscribers expressly agree that no refund request, claim, chargeback, or dispute shall be valid or enforceable after the expiry of this 30-day period.
Continued use of the Services beyond thirty (30) days constitutes full acceptance of the Services and a waiver of any right to claim a refund.

3. Refund Exclusions

Refunds shall not apply to the following:

• Monthly subscriptions, except where a refund request is submitted within three (3) calendar days from the initial activation date and prior to substantial use of the Services• Partially used subscription periods• Add-ons or optional modules• Prorated charges• Suspension due to non-payment• Termination due to breach of the Terms of Service

4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute after the thirty (30) day period may result in immediate suspension or termination of Services.
Indraaj reserves the right to pursue recovery of outstanding amounts through legal means, including associated bank or processing fees, if applicable.

5. Responsibility of the Subscriber

Subscribers are responsible for understanding the subscription type, billing schedule, and the applicable refund conditions.
Refund requests must be submitted through the official support channels via the Help Desk ticketing system, as outlined in Clause 9 of the Terms of Service.
